Politics without the party

   I"m going to open this blog with a disclaimer.  First, I do not consider myself a part of either major political party.  Second, I'm gong to try very hard to keep my blogs factual, and non-partisan.  There will be many of you that will think I'm a liberal.  In the sense that today's political conservatives would consider Ronald Reagan a liberal, I'm guilty as charged.  Like many Americans I have both conservative and liberal beliefs or philosophies.  I don't view that as a bad thing.  I think it frees one to think outside the box, to critically think about solutions without party rhetoric driving the message or the thought process.  I hope you enjoy my posts, and I hope they make you think.  I've enabled comments, and I would encourage you to comment.  Your thoughts, your beliefs are all part of the American system of government.  I withold the right to edit or delete non-sensical or partisan posts.  If you decide to comment, please keep it clean, and focused to the blog post that is relevant to your post.  Thanks in advance for all the great ideas and discussion that I know will happen here.
